HOW IT WORKS

From checkout to clarity in ten working days.

DAY 0

Buy online

Pay £695 by card. You'll immediately receive a short questionnaire and instructions for read-only data access - I never need admin rights or customer passwords.

DAYS 1–8

I audit your data

I profile every entity in your store: attributes, order history, taxes, vouchers, integrations. You carry on trading; there's zero impact on your live site.

DAY 10

Report + walkthrough

You receive the written report and we spend 45 minutes on a call going through it. You leave knowing exactly what a move involves and exactly what it costs.

BEFORE YOU ASK

The questions every store owner has at this point.

Will my store go down?

No. The report stage needs nothing from your live site at all, and the migration itself is built against a staging store while you trade normally. Cutover is a delta import and a DNS switch - minutes, not days.

What happens to customer passwords?

Passwords can’t be copied between platforms - they’re one-way encrypted, by design, everywhere. Your customers’ accounts and full order history carry over; on their first visit to the new store they set a new password through a managed re-activation flow. Nobody loses their account.

How do you handle GDPR and data access?

Read-only access only - I never need admin rights or customer passwords. Work is covered by a data processing agreement: you remain the data controller, data stays within the engagement, and working copies are deleted when it ends. UK-based, so no overseas transfers.

Why not just use Matrixify and an agency?

Matrixify is a good import tool and agencies are good at themes. The gap is the data engineering between them: custom attributes flatten, historic taxes drop, voucher balances stay behind, and nobody reconciles the result against your accounts. That gap is exactly what this report scopes - and it works fine alongside an agency doing your design.

What if my data’s a mess?

Messy data is normal after a decade of trading - it’s why the report exists. The audit finds the anomalies (orphaned orders, conflicting attributes, half-deleted products) and prices the clean-up into your fixed quote, so mess never turns into a mid-project invoice.

Is the migration price really fixed?

Yes - it goes in writing in the report. The audit is thorough precisely so the quote can be honest: if I’ve missed something the report should have caught, that’s my cost, not yours.

£695 now beats £50,000 of wrong decisions later.
