MIGRATION PRICING
One store. One price. Everything moved.
Every migration is a fixed price, quoted in writing after your Readiness Report. No day rates, no scope creep, no invoice surprises at the end.
I recently led a Magento-to-Shopify migration of 1.5 million orders and 600,000+ customers - the kind of job where import apps fail.
MIGRATIONS FROM
£3,500
Migrations from £3,500 · most projects land between £5,000 and £10,000 · your exact price, fixed in writing, comes from the Readiness Report.

- Discount codes, gift vouchers & balances rebuilt

- Written reconciliation statement
- Post-launch support window
WHAT MOVES YOUR PRICE
No two stores cost the same.
Your Readiness Report prices yours exactly - these are the factors that move the number.
01
Order history volume
Ten thousand orders and a million are different jobs - moving and reconciling history is the single biggest factor.
02
Custom attributes & product data
How many non-standard fields you have, and how tangled they are, sets the mapping and metaobject work.
03
Discounts & voucher liability
Live codes, gift-card balances and outstanding liabilities all have to be rebuilt and balanced.
04
Integrations
ERP, warehouse, accounting and feed connections each need scoping, rebuilding and testing.
05
Multi-store / multi-currency
Multiple storefronts, languages or currencies multiply both the mapping and the testing.
06
SEO footprint
The number of URLs that need a redirect mapped to protect your rankings.
HOW PAYMENT WORKS
40%
To begin
Invoiced before access and build starts.
40%
On verified migration
Due when the reconciliation statement is delivered and signed off (10 working days review window; deemed accepted if no discrepancies raised).
20%
At go-live
Or at 90 days from verification if launch is delayed for reasons outside my control. Includes up to two go-live delta imports.
Fixed price in writing before we start. 7-day payment terms.
Running ERP feeds, warehouse links or custom apps? Integration rebuilds are scoped in your Readiness Report and quoted as separate fixed-price work alongside the migration - so the migration price stays clean and nothing is hand-waved.
WHY NOT JUST USE AN APP?
An import app copies the surface. This moves the business.
| DATA | IMPORT APP (E.G. MATRIXIFY) | A COMPLETE MIGRATION |
